Order Handling Time

We try in most cases to ship in-stock items within 1-2 days of the order placement. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will usually ship the following business day. Some items in larger quantities and special order items may be direct shipped from the manufacturer. our orders to the manufacturer would generally be the same as in stock lead time, plus the time each manufacturer takes to handle, process, and ship the order.

As a small family owned business, there may be days during vacations or business events that our office and warehouse is unstaffed. We will generally have a banner on the main page announcing delayed package handling at these times. 

Packages valued with an insured value of $1,000 and more with UPS cannot be dropped off at the local UPS store the same day per UPS rules. Add one day to handling as we must order a UPS pickup for the following day when the value is $1,000 and higher.   

Express, Next Day, or Second Day air shipments:

We will attempt to get all Express type shipments received before NOON Eastern time packaged and delivered to the carrier the same day. However, we recommend calling to make sure we have the item, the packaging, and time package and get it to the carrier. UPS  shipped orders over $1,000 will be picked up the following business day. 

Small Package Carrier GROUND Delivery times:

Once we put our order in the hands of a package carrier (USPS or UPS), you can use these charts to estimate the carrier delivery times of in-stock items to your location from our Lebanon, Ohio warehouse.  Items shipped direct from our Vendors will not use these charts. Charts are provided by UPS and USPS and are NOT delivery or guarantees. Maps are as of August 2026 and subject to carrier changes.
