We are the authorized dealer for Ohio and Michigan, but not a repair center. Of the 11 USA dealers, there are 4 set up for service and repair centers in the 50 states plus one in Puerto Rico for the Caribbean/Atlantic islands. It is generally quicker to fill out a repair ticket on their website and send directly to them. They will send the repaired items directly back to you saving duplicate shipping costs and transit time. If non warranty, they will offer you payment options directly. 

These repair centers service Sewerin Water leak detection equipment, pipe locating equipment, and gas leak and analysis systems. The also do inspection, certification, and  calibration of gas sensor containing devices.
