Read an AMR or AMI technology water meter with a local visual wall mount remote display

There are times when the utility and the building owner or tenant BOTH need to read a meter, but with different technologies. This most often comes up when a municipal utility owns the meter and reads with and AMR or AMI transmitter attached to an encoder register, and the building tenant or owner needs to read a meter visually that is inaccessible. The meter may be in an underground vault, in a locked utility closet, a basement, or up too high to access. A solution to that issue is now available with The Meter Display (TMD).
